"Hello,
     This is a new trend that the PAB and other staff members have started. It really has no effect. They should remove all gloves and wash hands to remove germs. The mixing of alcohol and latex can be more damaging to their hands then removing gloves and washing hands with plain soap. They may also be causing a change in the composition of the gloves. They must also remember that alcohol may make holes in the gloves therefore what would be the use of wearing gloves?
