Hi Hélèna,
Our occupational health services is responsible for management and follow-up with the appropriate services or department manager involved. Just recently we were informed that the follow-up and management is to be centralized (at St Luc’s hosptial in Montreal) and if so, will be coordinated by the occupational health department.
